Box Office operators work on the phone 9:30 am - 4:30 Monday through Friday from the theatre administrative offices.
We have box office managers working at the theatre will call desk on days of shows. Debbie Reynolds MainStage hours are 3pm - 8pm on weekday show days, and noon until showtime on days with matinees, generally Saturdays and Sundays. The Monroe Forum Theatre box office manager works at the will call desk one hour prior to showtime.
AND, of course, you can ALWAYS buy tickets and choose your own seats for most performances on our website at www.elportaltheatre.com. Online ticketing functions 24/7, so you can always get tickets to any available production.
Ticket Purchase Confirmation
Whenever you buy tickets from us over the phone or by internet, you will receive an email confirmation with your ticket order including a confirmation number, pricing, seat numbers, and date and time of your performance. If you don't have an email address, we are happy to give you the confirmation number over the phone. Your actual tickets will be waiting at the will call desk at the theatre entrance when you arrive for your performance.
Please note that theatre tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. While we will do our best to help you, box office personnel may not process refunds. If it is possible to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production, we will do our very best to do so.
When you purchase tickets through us, you are also added to our discount ticket email blast list. This is a private list and is never shared with any other companies or entities. Approximately once or twice per month you will be the first people to receive special discounts on upcoming shows by using secret code words when you make your purchase. This is a very special benefit for our patrons only.
